Every ZAOLINER bracelet is handcrafted to order — assembled with care from natural crystals and authenticated meteorite. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.
⏱ Processing Time
All orders are individually handcrafted and dispatched within 2–5 business days of payment confirmation. Custom DIY orders may require additional time depending on complexity.
✈️ Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide via air freight. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Free standard shipping on all orders over HK$200.
A tracking number will be sent to your email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance or local carrier conditions.

Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 business days of delivery for items that are:
- Unused and undamaged
- In their original packaging
- Not custom or DIY-designed orders (custom pieces are final sale)
How to Return
- Email us at zaoliner26@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return
- We will provide a return address and full instructions within 1–2 business days
- Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size within 30 business days of delivery. Please contact us at zaoliner26@gmail.com to arrange.
⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- Your order number

We will resolve the issue promptly — a replacement or full refund will be arranged at no additional cost to you.
📦 Packaging
Every order is carefully packed in ZAOLINER branded packaging, suitable for gifting. If you require special gift packaging or a handwritten note, please leave a note at checkout.
